Such a British problem – dressing for our unpredictable weather. Dressing for Summer – easy, don’t wear much, dressing for Winter – wear lots. But when you just don’t know which way the weather might turn throughout the day it’s tricky. I desperately still want to wear some of my favourite Summer buys so throwing an oversized cardigan over them is the perfect solution.
A style statement in its own right, definitely no longer reserved for grandads and school professors – wear oversized and chunky or lightweight and crochet. And the key to getting it right – play with proportions. Play with textures. And pair with everything – shorts, skirts, jeans and dresses.
