When ever asked what my favourite accessory is I never hesitate to answer… always has been and always will be a hat. Add a hat to any outfit and you add a hint of mystery, a touch of glamour and interest to what might otherwise be your uniform of jeans and tshirt. A baseball cap is the perfect antidote to sleep deprived, time-poor living (that’ll be most mums then) … and a fedora is a must for when the heavens open. Seriously more stylish than carting an umbrella around – the wider the brim the dryer you’ll stay. Plus the hands are left free for shopping (and buggy pushing / child wrestling).
Summer is for the straw hat, panama and boater… Winter is for the trilby, fedora and beret.
